October 18, 2010/Anti-Slavery Day

The Mysterious Mr. Banksy, the British Social/Conceptual Graffiti Artist created this powerful piece for the Simpsons to be used to highlight World Anti-Slavery Day, October 18th.
The animation for the Simpsons is created old school style in a studio in South Korea. Manual animation technique is a time consuming process which requires tedious, repetitive operations.
It has always been like this, ever since Windsor McKay animated Gertie the Dinosaur and amazed audiences around 1900.
You can only admire Banksy, Matt Groening and well, reluctantly, even FOX for presenting this little piece of illuminating self criticism.

Where's sepp when we need him to say that it's not slavery that he works 62 hours a week for a "modest living", wanting to be without healthcare, while insisting that millionaires should pay less tax?
