It's a growing emergency, a crime against humanity in progress being committed by the Republican appointed, unelected corporate managers of the city. Water is being shut off to thousands of homes and due process of law is being ignored. At the same time, millions of gallons of water are being wasted everyday by the decaying infrastructure, corporate and industrial scofflaw accounts are getting a free pass because the bottom line is making the poor suffer enough to go away, give up their homes and die quietly in corner, somewhere so some rich asshole can make even more money off of the suffering of the disadvantaged.
